My husband and I decided to build in Bluffton in 2017. After researching builders on the internet, we selected 4 different builders to interview. When we reached out to Thad, he offered more insight and information than any of the others. He provided initial support to help guide us in the development of our drawings without ever asking for a deposit. We still met with the other vendors to make sure we were making the right decision. We found that the larger developers who had lots of staff, seemed to provide timeframes for our job to be completed far longer than Thad. Long story short, Thad is the real deal. Every commitment he made was achieved. He built us a beautiful home, on time and on budget. If we needed him onsite to make changes, answer questions he was always there. We have talked to countless people in our Plantation that built with the other vendors that we looked at and all were disappointed in timeframes not being met, delays etc. Thad is down to earth, fun to work with and made our experience a real pleasure.

I have known Thad Reardon for over 20 years, and in that time, he has built 5 homes for me. Each time, he has made the process efficient, enjoyable, and rewarding.
